Bersama email ini, saya lampirkan form perubahan data nasabah. Mohon isi nama dan kolom yg ingin di update saja, misal : isi kolom rekening dan email untuk perubahan data rekening dan email. Kemudian, bubuhkan tanda tangan di kolom tanda tangan pemohon (kolom kiri bawah) pada halaman 3. Foto atau scan full screen semua halaman form lalu kirim balik ke email ini. Mohon diangkat apabila ada telp dari BNI Sekuritas Jakarta dengan no depan 021 paling belakang 46 untuk konfirmasi terkait perubahan data tersebut.
