Update terkait batas akhir waktu pemesanan e-IPO: Kepada Bapak / Ibu yang ingin melakukan pemesanan IPO tersebut agar melakukan pemesanan melalui website https://www.e-ipo.co.id/ dan Bagi Bapak/Ibu nasabah yang ingin melakukan pemesanan IPO, kami sampaikan adanya perubahan batas akhir waktu pemesanan e-IPO. Mulai tanggal 30 Oktober 2025, batas akhir waktu pemesanan e-IPO di KB Valbury Sekuritas adalah H-1 hari terakhir masa penawaran umum (offering) pada hari kerja, dengan detail sebagai berikut:
Sebagai informasi tambahan, approval pemesanan akan kami lakukan mulai di hari ke-2 masa penawaran umum (termasuk untuk pemesanan yang dilakukan di masa penawaran awal/book building). Approval pemesanan dilakukan hanya untuk pemesanan dengan dana yang sudah tersedia di RDN. Apabila dana di Rekening Dana Nasabah (RDN) tidak mencukupi serta pemesanan dilakukan melewati tanggal dan jam yang telah ditentukan, maka pemesanan IPO Bapak / Ibu tidak dapat kami proses. Adapun jadwal masa penawaran umum IPO tersebut dapat berubah tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu dan dapat dilihat secara berkala pada website https://www.e-ipo.co.id/. Update Regarding the e-IPO Order Cut-off Time: For those PT KB Valbury Sekuritas Clients who want to place order should submit via e-IPO website https://www.e-ipo.co.id/ and We would like to inform you of a change in the e-IPO order cut-off time.Starting from October 30, 2025, the cut-off time for placing e-IPO orders at KB Valbury Sekuritas will be one working day prior to the last day of the public offering period, with the following details:
As additional information, order approvals will begin on the second day of the offering period (this also applies to orders made during the book building period). Kindly note that approvals will only be granted for orders with funds already available in the RDN. In case of insufficient balance on RDN and or the order has passed over the stated time above, the order will not be able to proceed. Offering period schedule may change without any prior notice.
