Apabila order Anda mengalami penolakan (reject) dari Bursa dengan keterangan: “The order is not allowed this time” Sistem kami kini dilengkapi dengan fitur Pengiriman Ulang Otomatis (Auto Resend). Order Anda akan dikirimkan kembali secara otomatis setelah periode Pre-Opening, sehingga Anda tidak perlu melakukan penginputan ulang. Apabila order Anda mengalami penolakan (reject) dari Bursa dengan keterangan: RSND-Order Id (Keterangan: Order Id yang dimaksud adalah order id awal sebelum dilakukan proses Resend)

If your order is rejected by the Exchange with the following message: “The order is not allowed this time” Our system is now equipped with an Auto Resend feature. Your order will be automatically re-submitted after the Pre-Opening period, so you do not need to re-input it manually. For easier identification, re-submitted orders can be viewed in the Order List details with the following format: RSND-Order Id (Note: The Order Id refers to the initial order ID before the resend process took place) Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
