Sehubungan dengan adanya penyesuaian harga minimum saham yang diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai, berdasarkan SK Direksi BEI Nomor Kep-00136/BEI/09-2026 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor II-A tentang Perdagangan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas, kami menyampaikan informasi sebagai berikut:
- Mulai 28 September 2026, harga minimum saham akan mengalami perubahan yang semula Rp50 menjadi Rp1.
- Mulai 1 Januari 2027, BEI akan kembali menerapkan ARB simetris sesuai dengan rentang harga.
- Batas Auto Rejection Atas (ARA) dan Auto Rejection Bawah (ARB) akan disesuaikan dalam dua tahap:

In connection with the adjustment to the minimum price of shares traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the Regular Market and Cash Market, pursuant to IDX Board of Directors Decree No. Kep-00136/BEI/09-2026 regarding the Amendment to Regulation Number II-A on Equity Securities Trading, we would like to provide the following information:
Effective 28 September 2026, the minimum share price will be changed from IDR 50 to IDR 1.
- Effective 1 January 2027, the IDX will resume the implementation of symmetric Lower Auto Rejection (ARB) based on the applicable price range.
- The Upper Auto Rejection (ARA) and Lower Auto Rejection (ARB) limits will be adjusted in two phases:
