Bersama ini kami sampaikan Electronic Statement ("e-Statement") Anda. Untuk membuka e-Statement ini, silakan gunakan password
Anda dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

Format password e-Statement Anda adalah ddMmmyyyy (contoh: 06Agu1980), dimana:

- dd : dua angka tanggal lahir Anda
- Mmm : tiga huruf pertama bulan lahir Anda dalam bahasa Indonesia, dimana huruf pertama
menggunakan huruf kapital (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Mei, Jun, Jul, Agu, Sep, Okt, Nov, Des)
- yyyy : tahun kelahiran Anda

Untuk membuka e-Statement, Anda membutuhkan Adobe Reader versi 6 atau versi yang lebih baru.

Beberapa hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan untuk keamanan dan kenyamanan Anda:
- Apabila dalam 3 (tiga) bulan berturut-turut e-Statement Anda tidak berhasil terkirim, maka pengiriman selanjutnya akan dihentikan.
Segera lakukan pengkinian data alamat email Anda melalui Call OCBC NISP di 1500999 atau 66999 (HP).
- Manfaatkan fasilitas pembayaran tagihan secara autodebit dari tabungan atau melalui ATM OCBC NISP di seluruh Indonesia.
- Hubungi Call OCBC NISP di 1500999/66999 (HP) atau email ke callcenter@ocbcnisp.com, untuk:
- mengajukan keberatan karena ketidaksesuaian transaksi, paling lambat 30 hari kerja sejak tanggal e-Statement dikirimkan
- melakukan pengkinian data nasabah
- memberikan saran dan masukan kepada kami untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan yang ada di Bank OCBC NISP
- melakukan pemblokiran jika terjadi kehilangan Kartu Debit atau Kartu Kredit Anda.

password with the following formats :

Your e-Statement password is ddMmmyyyy (example: 06Agu1980), where:

- dd : two digits of your birth date
- Mmm : the first 3 (three) letters of your birth month in bahasa Indonesia, the first letter is using uppercase and the rest
are lowercase (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Mei, Jun, Jul, Agu, Sep, Okt, Nov, Des)
- yyyy : your birth year

To open your e-Statement attachment, you will need to have Adobe Reader version 6 or later version.

Several tips for your safety and convenience:
- If within 3 (three) consecutive month the e-Statement failed to delivered, the next e-Statement will be freezed. Please update your
email address through Call OCBC NISP 1500999 or 66999 (via mobile phone)
- Please set your billing payment method via autodebit from your preferable account or via ATM OCBC NISP throughout Indonesia.
- Please call OCBC NISP Call Center at 1500999 or 66999 (via mobile phone) or email to callcenter@ocbcnisp.com :
- To report any suspicious/unrecognized transaction within 30 (thirty) business days
- To update or change your personal data
- To give feedback or suggestions to improve the quality of our products and services
- To block your Debit or Credit Card immediately in case of lost or stolen card.
