Pergantian Sistem Back Office BNIS

Terima kasih atas kepercayaan yang telah Bapak/Ibu berikan dengan memilih PT BNI Sekuritas ("BNI Sekuritas") menjadi mitra dalam berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia. Melalui surat elektronik ini kami bermaksud menyampaikan informasi bahwa efektif perbulan Desember 2024, BNI Sekuritas akan melakukan penyesuaian sistem Back Office sehingga Bapak/Ibu akan memperoleh format laporan yang berbeda atas informasi yang disampaikan oleh BNI Sekuritas, antara lain:

1. BNI Sekuritas akan menampilkan informasi 8 (delapan) digit di belakang koma, berbeda dari tampilan sebelumnya yang menggunakan 12 (dua belas) digit pada sistem Back Office. Perubahan ini memungkinkan adanya perbedaan value pada portofolio Bapak/Ibu (sistem akan melakukan pembulatan atas value tersebut).
2. BNI Sekuritas akan menampikan format baru terhadap Statement of Account ("SOA"), sehingga informasi mengenai rekening portofolio efek dan dana yang ditampilkan kepada Bapak/Ibu akan lebih lengkap. Tampilan pada SOA saat ini adalah sebagai berikut:

   Pada format terbaru SOA, terdapat penambahan informasi sebagai berikut:

   1. Cash Rekening Dana Nasabah ("RDN") yang merupakan informasi mutasi cash mencerminkan mutasi dana pada RDN Nasabah.
   2. Pada informasi portofolio kepemilikan efek Nasabah, terdapat kolom untuk Special Notation yang terletak di sebelah kolom kepemilikan efek Nasabah, sebagai berikut:
      
3. BNI Sekuritas akan menampikan format baru untuk Trade Confirmation ("TC") efektif per tanggal 2 Desember 2024, sehingga informasi transaksi yang ditampilkan akan lebih lengkap. Tampilan TC transaksi Nasabah saat ini adalah sebagai berikut:

   Nasabah Retail
   

   Pada format terbaru SOA, terdapat penambahan informasi sebagai berikut:

   • Informasi jenis instruksi penyelesaian transaksi efek pada kolom "Mode" (VP/FoP)

   Untuk format TC terbaru untuk Nasabah institusi dan retail, penyesuaian tampilan informasinya menjadi sebagai berikut:

Thank you for the trust you have given by choosing PT BNI Sekuritas ("BNI Sekuritas") as your partner in investing in the Indonesian Capital Market. Through this email, we intend to inform you that effective in December 2024, BNI Sekuritas will make adjustments to the Back Office system so that Mr. / Mrs will obtain a different report format for the information submitted by BNI Sekuritas, including:

1. BNI Sekuritas will display 8 digits of information after the comma, instead of the previous 12 digits in the Back Office system. Tthe differences will allows for a difference in value in the portfolio (the system will round the value).
2. BNI Sekuritas will display a new format for Statement of Account (SOA) so that the information display of securities and fund portfolio accounts will be more comprehensive. The current display on the SOA is as follows:

   In the latest format of SOA, the following information is added:

   1. Cash Account Funds (RDN) which is cash mutation information reflects the mutation of funds in the Customer's RDN.
   2. In the Customer's securities ownership portfolio information, there is a column for Special Notation located next to the Customer's securities ownership column, as follows:
      
3. BNI Sekuritas will display a new format for Trade Confirmation (TC) effective on December 2, 2024, so that the transaction information displayed will be more comprehensive. The current TC display of Customer's transactions is as follows:

   In the latest format of the TC, there is the addition of the following information:

   • Information on the type of instruction to complete a securities transaction in the "Mode" column (VP/FoP)
