Nasabah KB Valbury Sekuritas Untuk meningkatkan keamanan akses pada aplikasi KB ARA (Mobile & Desktop), mulai 21 Februari 2026 fitur 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) akan diberlakukan secara efektif pada akun Anda. Segera aktifkan fungsi 2FA pada device anda untuk memastikan setiap aktivitas login tetap aman, tertib, dan hanya dapat diakses melalui perangkat yang Anda daftarkan. Berikut langkah-langkah yang perlu Anda lakukan untuk mengaktifkan fitur tersebut: - Login & Verifikasi Perangkat
Setelah melakukan login, sistem akan menampilkan halaman Device Verification apabila perangkat Anda belum terdaftar sebagai trusted device. - Verifikasi Melalui OTP
Kode OTP akan dikirimkan melalui WhatsApp atau Email. Silakan masukkan OTP tersebut pada aplikasi KB ARA untuk menyelesaikan proses verifikasi perangkat. Setelah verifikasi berhasil, perangkat Anda akan otomatis ditetapkan sebagai trusted device.

Apabila Anda login kembali menggunakan perangkat yang sama, proses verifikasi tidak diperlukan lagi, kecuali perangkat tersebut dihapus dari daftar trusted device. Reminder : Pastikan nomor handphone dan alamat email yang terdaftar pada sistem KB Valbury Sekuritas sudah sesuai dan aktif, agar kode OTP dapat diterima dengan lancar. Sebagai pengingat, mohon untuk tidak membagikan kode OTP kepada pihak mana pun, termasuk pihak yang mengatasnamakan perusahaan. Kode OTP bersifat pribadi dan merupakan kunci keamanan akun Anda. Please activate the 2FA function on your device immediately to ensure that every login activity remains secure, orderly, and accessible only through the device you have registered. After logging in, the system will display the Device Verification page if your device has not yet been registered as a trusted device. - Login & Device Verification
